If Your Community Is Not Listed

The list covers the communities we work in most. A property just outside them is worth asking about:

  • Call (970) 293-8074 and give the ZIP code and the nearest crossroads
  • Or send the request form with the ZIP code or community and the gate type
  • Add a line on the access: a paved road, a county road, or a long private lane

Acreage and Properties Outside City Limits

A good share of the gates around Loveland sit on land outside any town’s limits: acreage west toward the foothills, horse properties around Berthoud, and rural lots east toward Johnstown and Windsor. Those gates tend to be wider, farther from power and more exposed to wind, so ranch-style entries, solar operators and long wiring runs come up more often there.

Do you work on properties outside city limits, such as rural acreage?

Yes. Rural acreage and horse properties are part of the regular work, as long as the property is in or around the communities listed above. Unincorporated land falls under Larimer County or Weld County rules rather than a city’s, which matters for new gates and fences more than for repairs.

Does a long private lane change anything?

Mostly the planning: where power can reach the gate, how far the remotes need to reach, and whether a call box or keypad belongs at the road. Mention it in the request so the right parts come on the first visit.
